Moxa

This is a poem which all high school students in Japan have to learn. It is by Fujisawa no Sanekata :

Can I let you know

what consumes me?

Unknown to you,

my heart blazes

like red hot moxa

aflame with love

for you.

This is my version of an image in the Harikyu museum in Osaka which shows a woman having moxa on her back.
